Return Policy

At Skoonsuster, we want to ensure you love the items you purchase.

If for any reason your purchase is not suitable, we are here to help and we will gladly accept a return subject to the Return Policy below.

This policy applies to products bought from Skoonsuster.

IMPORTANT:

Please check the items purchased immediately upon delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the purchase, you must contact Skoonsuster via email within 5 days of the delivery date, otherwise we will not accept responsibility for any defective, incorrect or missing merchandise.

  • Merchandise must be unopened and unused with the original labels intact.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with your proof of purchase.
  • Items can be refunded or exchanged.

 

How to return the product:

  • Email hello@skoonsuster.com with your concern.
  • Complete the return form that will be emailed to you.
  • Return the items to our address supplied in the return form. Return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Once we received your package, please allow up to five (5) business days to process the store credit. No cash refunds will be allowed. A Skoonsuster Voucher will be issued.

You will be notified via email once the return has been processed. If the purchase meets our return policy; we will process your online store credit. Original shipping charges are non- refundable. If the return does not meet our policy, we will contact you to return your parcel.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Skoonsuster reserves the right to refuse an exchange or voucher on change of mind items. A refund will be provided to you via EFT payment or a Skoonsuster voucher, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
