General
You must be at least 18 years of age to buy products through this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age and that the information you provide is correct and complete.
Orders
Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. We will inform you via email once we receive your order, as well as notify you once it has been dispatched for delivery.
Our products
We always endeavour to ensure that the items displayed on this Website are accurate. However, we cannot ensure that there won’t be any errors in our descriptions and prices. If there is an error in the price of the product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Special offers
We may terminate any special offer without advanced notice. If terminated, the special offer will apply for products you ordered before it was terminated.
Prices
All prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are outlined under our Shipping & Delivery Section.
Payment
The full payment for your order will be deducted from your credit/debit card once the order has been completed. Delivery will commence once payments have been processed and/or validated.
Skoonsuster shall accept payment of funds at its sole and exclusive discretion via electronic funds transfer (EFT) which requires the User to transfer funds directly from his/her bank account into Skoonsuster’s account through electronic banking systems. If this method is available, the details for the EFT payment will be displayed, along with instructions regarding references and details of payment. All EFT payments shall require proof of payment to be sent to our designated EFT payments email address before the order is processed hello@skoonsuster.com. Should the proof of payment not be received, Skoonsuster reserves the right to request same and/or within a reasonable time cancel the transaction. Please note all EFT or Cash Deposit payments may take 5-7 working days to reflect. The order will only be dispatched once the payment is validated.
We may not accept your order if:
- The selected item is out of stock;
- We notice an error on the product or price;
- Your credit/debit card is due to expire within 28 days of the date of your purchase;
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Skoonsuster reserves the right to reject any order at any time and at our sole discretion.
We will contact you if by any reason we are unable to process your order.
Delivery
We currently only deliver in South Africa. However, should you require a special shipment to another country, please send an email with your request to hello@skoonsuster.com and our team will do our best to get the parcel to you.
We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 2 working days of the purchase date, subject to credit clearance and address verification. You should receive your order within 3 – 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Skoonsuster is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from late delivery or non-delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered at the place and to the person of your choice, in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time.
You can track your order by using the tracking number in your confirmation email.
Events out of our control
We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in our obligations due to events out of our control. These include, but are not limited to, strikes, war and severe weather conditions.
Complaints
Please submit any complaints about our products or services by email to hello@skoonsuster.com. Ensure you provide as much detail as possible, including date of purchase, your full name and contact information.
